All sales are final unless you receive the wrong item or a defective item.
Please input your address correctly to make the shipping process as fast and smooth as possible.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a $9.00 flat rate.
Do we ship internationally?
Yes, additional import fees may apply. Shipping times estimate 2-4 weeks.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 4-14 business days for delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Unless shipping time is stated otherwise in product description.
Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
Unfortunately, all sales are final. Please make sure to review your order before completing your purchase.
I have received a tracking number but have not seen any movement, what's going on?
Our shipping process begins with printing a label for your order, organizing orders by product and dates, and then packaging. Once in USPS possession, it takes 1-3 days for the tracking number to update and begin notifying you of movement.
My order says it has been delivered but I have not received it. Where is it?
Immediately call or visit your nearest USPS facility and notify them. Once your order is packaged and out of our hands, USPS has full control and tracking of your package. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
I placed a successful order but didn’t receive a confirmation email yet. Why?
During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in the delivery of confirmation emails. If you haven’t received an email after 1 hour, please check your junk/spam folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, contact us using the contact form with your order number and last name, and we will resend your confirmation.
I’ve added an item to my cart, but it is already sold out. Why?
Products on our site are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. While you are checking out, another customer may have completed the purchase of the last available item.
Do you restock your inventory?
Infrequently, we restock some of our products. Please check back if an item you want is unavailable at the time.
Why do my billing and shipping address have to match?
We require that your billing and shipping addresses match to prevent credit card fraud.
My order was delivered to the wrong address, how do I receive my order?
If your order has been delivered to the wrong address, please immeadiately contact us and we will provide you with additional help. If the address was added wrong by the purchaser, there will be an additional $5 service charge to reship the order.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Where is my order? It has been stuck in customs.
Immediately contact your most known postal service and provide them with your tracking number. We do not have full responsibility of the package once it is in the postal service possession. We ship USPS, but many countries transfer postal services and we no longer have more information. We are working on a solution to make sure we have all the information available.

RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. If an item is defective you have 14 days from the delivery date to contact us for further assistance.
